The Skeleton Crew team is getting closer to launch with a first trailer for the Disney+ series being released this evening at Disney’s D23 event in Anaheim, CA.
The new Star Wars series centers on a quartet of children who discover a derelict spaceship and accidentally launch it too a remote part of the Star Wars galaxy. While trying to find their way home, they encounter a possible former Jedi played by Jude law. The young crew are being played by Ravi Cabot-Conyers, Kyriana Kratter, Robert Timothy Smith and Ryan Kiera Armstrong.
Star Wars: Skeleton Crew is the brain child of Jon Watts, the director of Sony’s Spider-Man trilogy starring Tom Holland, and his frequent writing partner Christopher Ford. Watts will be helming some episodes of the series’s eight episode run, with Everything Everywhere All At Once‘s the Daniels and The Green Knight‘s David Lowery stepping behind the camera for others.
