Fans of Marvel Cinematic Universe might have been disappointed to hear that they will only be covering three films tonight at their San Diego Comic Con Panel, but that makes it very easy for us reporting the news at home.

After a brief Deadpool song and dance number, moderator Rob Delaney starts in on the promotion, starting with Captain America: Brave New World.

We didn’t expect many surprises, but we got one. Giancarlo Esposito will star as Sidewinder (The King of the Serpent Society) in the film. The Serpent Society was rumored to be the villains in the film, but other, more recent rumors said that rewrites removed the team from the film entirely.

The Serpent Society, for those of you not in the know, is a group of snake-theme villains created in the Captain America comic in 1985. The membership includes characters that had previously appeared (i.e. Cobra and Anaconda), along with new creations added into the mix. Each member had a power set that tied into a trait their snake had–Cobra was very slippery and elusive, and Anaconda could crush bones with her extendable arms. We don’t know if their powers will carry over into film or which members will be part of the society, although wrestler Seth Rollins was seen on set listed as playing a member of the society, and the character Diamondback, another society member, has appeared in toy tie-ins to the film.

The segment also showed a clip of Harrison Ford’s Thunderbolt Ross turning into the Red Hulk. I was never a big Red Hulk fan, but if you like the character, then that might be an important moment for you. The snippet also references the Celestial that is coming out of the Earth that happened at the end of Eternals, which for all of us that hope that plot point would be ignored are not so lucky
