Marvel Studios is never one to rest on their laurels. With Avengers: Infinity War not even in theaters a week, they remind us they have another film coming out this year, Ant-Man and the Wasp, by releasing a new trailer for it.
The trailer gives us a little more of the plot. It looks like Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) has to help Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) retrieve some technology that was stolen by the Ghost (Hannah John-Kamen), only he has to do it with Pym’s daughter Hope (Evangeline Lilly), who has become the Wasp.
It also shows us more of Laurence Fishburne’s Bill Foster, how Ghost’s powers work, and more of Michael Peña, who appears to steal this movie was much as he stole the last one.
And between this trailer and the last one for Deadpool 2, it seems that now every superhero movie will have a classic rap song remixed to play over its trailer.
Ant-Man and the Wasp arrives in theaters July 6th.
