With Thor: Ragnarok just weeks away from hitting theaters, you just knew that we’d be getting a trailer from one of the Marvel Studios films being released in 2018. We are, and the trailer will be for Black Panther.
The trailer doesn’t go heavy into plot, but hints the brilliant production design and the inventive combat scenes. Black Panther is setting up to be one of Marvel’s most impressive ones in those areas.
If you were disappointed that we seem not to be getting an Avengers: Infinity War trailer, don’t worry. Kevin Feige promised one before the end of the year, so if we don’t get one before Thor: Ragnarok, we’ll get one most likely before Star Wars: The Last Jedi.
Black Panther is directed by Ryan Coogler from a screenplay by him and Joe Robert Cole, and stars Chadwick Boseman as T’Challa / Black Panther alongside Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Martin Freeman, Daniel Kaluuya, Letitia Wright, Winston Duke, Angela Bassett, Forest Whitaker, and Andy Serkis. It will be release on February 16, 2018.
