A new Wes Anderson film is always something to look forward to. And now we know the date for the next film from the quirky indie director. The film, Isle Of Dogs, is set for an April 20, 2018 release date.
There’s no official plot synopsis for the film, but we do know that it will be set in Japan and center on a young boy’s journey to find his lost dog. Isle Of Dogs will be stop motion animation, much like Anderson’s previous The Fantastic Mr. Fox.
Anderson is no stranger to assembling great casts and this film promises a great collection of talent including Bill Murray, Frances McDormand, Jeff Goldblum, F. Murray Abraham, Tilda Swinton, Kunichi Nomura, Bob Balaban, Harvey Keitel, and Edward Norton, Bryan Cranston, Liev Schreiber, Scarlett Johansson, Yoko Ono, Greta Gerwig and Courtney B. Vance.
