BLACK PANTHER Casts Emmy Winner Sterling K. Brown

You’d think Black Panther, with a cast that contained Chadwick Boseman,  Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong’o, Angela Bassett, Forrest Whitaker, Danai Gurira and Andy Serkis, couldn’t get any better, but it just did.

Collider is reporting that Sterling K. Brown has joined that stellar cast and will be playing N’Jobu, somene from Boseman’s T’Challa’s past.

Brown is fresh off his winning an Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Limited Series or Movie for playing Christopher Darden in American Crime Story: The People v. O. J. Simpson. He is also one of the stars of This Is Us, one of the most talked about new series to debut this fall.

I think this is a great choice. Brown was phenomenal as Darden. This is shaping up to be one of the best comic book film casts ever.

Black Panther is set to open on February 16, 2018.
