1. Captain America: Civil War (Disney, 4,226 Theaters, 146 Minutes, Rated PG-13 for extended sequences of violence, action and mayhem, Rotten Tomatoes Tomatometer at press time: 91% Fresh [234 Reviews]: Just think. At one time, Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice would have been opening here with this film. Knowing what we know about that film and what we know about this one, I think Warners did a good thing by movie that film to March.
You know the deal. The U.N. wants to monitor the worlds superheroes. Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) thinks its a good idea, Captain America (Chris Evans) doesn’t. War ensues. In the process, Spider-Man (Tom Holland) and Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman) are introduced.
The film is getting rave reviews (including one from FBOL Head Honcho Rich Drees) and it appears to be a giant hit in the making (it’s already made $200 million overseas!). Don’t really need to say much more about it.
