Whether they liked Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice or hated it, it is fair to say that genre fans are looking towards November’s Suicide Squad to see if director David Ayer will stick to the visual and tonal style already established by Man Of Steel and Batman V Superman director Zack Snyder or if he will carve out his own vision for Warner Brothers’ DC Comics Extended Cinematic Universe. The recently released international trailer features much of the same material we’ve seen in the two previously released trailers. However, there are a few new moments that can be found within, including a line of dialogue from Enchantress and our first look at the mystical properties of Katana’s sword.
Suicide Squad stars Will Smith as Deadshot, Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flagg, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang, Cara Delevingne as Enchantress, Karen Fukuhara as Katana, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje as Killer Croc, Jay Hernandez as El DIablo, Adam Beach as Slipknot, Viola Davis as Amanda Waller and Jared Leto as The Joker.
Suicide Squad is scheduled for release on August 5, 2016.
