First Look: X-MEN APOCALYPSE’s Phoenix And Jubilee

Bryan Singer and company are hard at work currently shooting the next installment of the X-Men franchise, Apocalypse, but the director did take a moment out of the shooting schedule today to release via Instagram our first look at two members of the mutant superhero team – Sophie Turner as Jean Grey and Lana Condor as Jubilee.

Not much to say here except that the film’s 1980s era setting looks to be pretty faithfully recreated both in this photo and the second one of himself in front of an `80s suburban mall staple, the arcade Space Port, on set that Singer also posted. And I like the shorter jacket variation on Jubilee’s traditional trench coat from the comics that we see here.
