As one big franchise moves out of the summer of 2015, another one moves in.

Universal Studios has announced that the fourth film in their Jurassic Park franchise, Jurassic World, will hit theaters in 2D and 3D on June 12, 2015.

Safety Not Guaranteed director Colin Trevorrow is set to be behind the cameras when production starts early next year.

There’s no official story synopsis yet, but it is rumored that the film will see the planned park populated with genetically recreated dinosaurs finally opened to the public before things begin to go awry.
