WIZARD OF OZ Dress Fetches $480K At Auction

Judy Garland’s iconic blue gingham dress worn in The Wizard Of Oz managed to fetch $480, thousand at auction, the highest priced piece of Hollywood costuming memorabilia to go under the hammer at Julien’s Auctions in Beverly Hills this weekend. The auction house stated that it is the only intact dress and blouse combination of the famed costume worn in the 1939 classic.
