While we didn’t get our first look at footage from Twentieth Century Fox’s X-Men: First Class during last Sunday’s Super Bowl game like many hoped for, but we won’t have to wait long for that look. Fox has announced that they will be releasing the first trailer for the Matthew Vaughn-directed film tomorrow.
Personally, I am anxious to see what the film looks like, as I love the idea of setting the story in the mod 1960s. Visually, it is a fantastic, stylish time period that also resonates with the X-Men comic’s long-running theme of human rights and equality.
But to hold you over until tomorrow, here is a new picture featuring Michael Fassbender as the villain Magneto. Sure, it’s just a picture of him from behind, but trust us, it is Fassbender. (At least that’s what Fox is telling us.)
