Craig Gillespie In Talks For PRIDE AND PREJUDICE AND ZOMBIES

Could Craig Gillespie be the director to get Lionsgate’s Pride And Prejudice And Zombies finally in front of cameras? The studio sure hopes so as they are currently in talks with the Lars And The Real Girl director to helm the project.

Lionsgate has been having some trouble getting their adaptation of Seth Grahme-Smith’s comic horror novel off the ground. Previously David O Russell and Mike White were both lined up for the job. Last month, Severance helmer Christopher Smith had been rumored to be under consideration for the gig.

Gillespie is currently in post-production on a remake of 1985’s vampire comedy Fright Night, which should be out in August.
