Five new posters for this summer’s big screen adaptation of toy-turned-cartoon-and-comic book property G I Joe have hit the web, and like everything else released to entice anticipation for the blockbuster, they fail to interest me at all. These are nothing more than a bunch of generic shots of generic black body armor that don’t give us a hint about any of the people depicted within as characters. The sole minor exception is the second poster, on the other side of the break, for Snakeyes. But then again, if you are not familiar with the original cartoon/comics, do you know or even care who the guy with the mask and sword is?
