Trailer: Oliver Stone’s W

What are you cut out for? Partying? Chasing tail? Driving drunk? Who do you think you are? A Kennedy? You’re a Bush! Act like one.

So says George H W Bush (James Cromwell) to his itinerant son George W (Josh Brolin).

If there’s one film I’ve been looking forward to this fall, it is Oliver Stone’s George W. Bush bio-pic W. Is it going to be a hatchet job, given Stone’s well known liberal leanings? Will it be even-handed but still come under fire from reactionary conservatives who won’t see the film but will still have an opinion? The conversation around this should be fairly entertaining.

The trailer for the film has leaked and man does it look strong. Unfortunately, the person who posted it over at YouTube has disabled the embed option, so you’ll have to click over there to check out.
