Ron Burgandy Stays Classy Into The 80s

Fans attending the San Diego Comics Con are discovering how classy that city is now. But if you want to find out it if stayed classy in the 1980s, you may not have to wait too much longer.

Entertainment Weekly is reporting that Anchorman: The Legend Of Ron Burgundy star Will Farrell is developing a sequel to the hit movie with the original’s director and co-screenwriter Adam McKay. Nothing official has been signed yet with DreamWorks studio, the company that produced the first film, but McKay and Farrell are supposedly already kibitizing on ideas for a follow-up.

Knowing what a crazed decade the 80s were, the mind boggles what would be involved in an Anchorman sequel set in those particular ten years. Hair mousse, designer jeans, a former actor as President of the United States. Let’s just hope they keep it classy.

In the meantime, Farrell and McKay have their latest film, Stepbrothers, opening this weekend. Stop by tomorrow for our review.
