But in this instance, it actually works, as two of the six supporting actors recently announced for Smith’s new comedy, which just started shooting this week in Pittsburgh, are actually bonefide former porn actresses- Traci Lords and Katie Morgan. click here for more information.
Also joining the film’s cast is Craig Robinson, who has appeared in several episodes of The Office, and Ricky Mabe. The announcement, which appeared in the Hollywood Reporter, also confirmed the participation of long-time Smith collaboraters Jason Mewes and Jeff Anderson.
The film stars hot comedy guy of the moment Seth Rogen and Elizabeth Banks as two lifelong friends who decide to make a porn film as a way to get some quick cash to shovel themselves out of debt.
