In Remembrance: Alan Vint

     Alan Vint, the supporting actor who appeared in The Panic In Needle Park (1971) and Badlands (1973) has passed away on August 16, 2006 in Sherman Oaks, CA. He was 61.

     Born on November 11, 1944 in Tusla, OK, Vint made several television appearances before making his feature film debut in the 1970 western The McMasters. He followed that up with an appearance as a narcotics detective in the gritty drama The Panic In Needle Park. Vint also made appearances in such films as Badlands,  Macon County Line (1974) and The Lady In Red (1979). His final film was 1995’s Malevolence.
